New Stuff

I finally figured it out, not that it was very hard, but I added a picture for my title. I used the scraps from my Bo Bunny projects earlier this week. Until I figure out how to design my own label via on-line this will have to do. It's fun learning all of this blog stuff! I've researched a bunch of sites and I'm trying to learn how to do some HTML coding so should be interesting or dangerous I might say on what this blog could turn into!

It's been fun being able to do some projects and I'll be scrapping again for a client of mine next week, YAY!! So excited!!

I Dreamed a Dream...

Happy Sunday-Eve!

I realize it's been awhile again, it's been a fun and crazy~ busy summer! It hasn't been too hot so it's really nice to be able to spend time with the girls outside! I learned today that there is an audition for designers for Bo Bunny! I'm so excited, so I put together (in literally 2 hours) some projects to enter the audition. We'll see what happens, just having the opportunity is really cool! It makes me think I may be able to live out my all time favorite thing to do~ Scrap it Swanky Sister!! How much fun!! Well I've posted here what I submitted you'll have to tell me what you think! I did a 12 x 12 page of my parent's 40th Anniversary and a frame to go along with it, I could have dressed up the frame more if I had more time but oh well, it's still cute and I don't have to go buy my mom and dad a 45th anniversary present this year! ;0)

Blog Under Construction

So, it's been awhile, AGAIN, where I haven't been keeping up with the blogging or posting pics of anything I've created lately! SO, I've been an avid follower of several other blogs and decided it was time to change up the layout of mine to get me energized to start posting more! So here goes, you'll have to let me know what you think! I'm trying to figure out how to make my title more interesting, so I may have something creative in that spot by the end of the week!

Hope you all are having a great summer! It's so much fun taking pics this time of year! I have 750 on my camera right now that I'm downloading on Shutterfly at this moment to start making some swanky creations!

I had some time last week where my sister and I got a moment to do some scrapping, it was so nice! I'm hoping to have more moments like this before the summer ends!

Wowsers! It's summertime!

Ok, so I've neglected the blog! Not like anyone has read it anyway! I just had a week of vacation where I had a pretty productive week! Pretty excited about that! I did get a better grip on the scrapbook room! I've weeded through and put together a keep/toss/sell pile! I'm a huge fan of craigslist lately and have really had a lot of success selling items on there. I've also advertised my scrapbook services and have had a couple of bites. So excited about that! I love to scrap and doing other people's scrapbooking seems more fun right now than doing my own!

It's going to be a busy summer! The kiddos are growing like weeds! My youngest turns 2 this week and it just about breaks my heart that she's no longer a baby and turning into a toddler! My oldest is sooooo smart, she really needs to keep busy or she gets herself into things she shouldn't be in, including my scrapbook stuff! Too cute though some of the things she comes up with!

Summer for me includes, lots of days at the pool, lots of cookouts and lots of playing outside in the yard! Looking forward to a fun summer, just so glad it's warm outside!!!

Happy Monday!

It's another week filled with lots to do as usual. I'm still working on my scrapbook room, I took a ton of pictures this Easter weekend and feel so overwhelmed with how behind I am on scrapping my photos. I'm vowing now to do a layout a week.

I have come to realize I need to be happy with where I'm at and keep making those memories, time is flying by and my girls are growing so fast. I will be able to scrap for the rest of my life but I won't have these BIG moments with my girls forever.

Decluttering!

It's that time of year again, time to clean out closets, scrapbook rooms, cabinets and desk drawers. I've been busy trying to declutter everything! I have so much stuff, I just can't get motivated to do anything when I have millions upon gazillions of items to scrap with that is in an unorganized mess! It's crazy, I can organize everyone else's stuff and scrapbook for other people but I can't seem to get it together to do my own stuff.

My goal this week is to declutter my creative room and get back into business!!! Hopefully I'll have some new things to post in the next couple of weeks when this scrapper's block is gone! ;0)

Fancy Bag Book & Other Scrappin from the Retreat

I've also included some pics of the pages that I was able to complete this weekend, it's amazing what you can do in a weekend without kids! ;0)












Here's an Easter goodie that I love, this was a project we did at one of Kelly's crops a few years ago and I love putting it out at Easter time on the mantle! So cute!!
